Walls That
Create Rooms
Partition walls let you carve new rooms out of the space you already have — bedrooms, offices, ensuites — for a fraction of what an extension costs, with no foundations and no planning wait.
A new room for the price of a wall, not a build.

Same Floor.
More Rooms.
These are the same homes, same footprint — reorganised with internal partition walls. The orange lines are the new walls we'd build; everything else stays put.
A single open lounge/diner the family had outgrown — generous but inflexible, and counted as just one reception room by buyers.
A non-loadbearing stud partition with a door opening carves out a private fourth bedroom while keeping a comfortable lounge. No foundations, no planning, completed in days.

Rooms From One Wall
A Fourth Bedroom
Split an oversized reception room to gain the bedroom that moves your home into a higher price band.
Ensuite or Shower Room
Carve a compact ensuite off a master or loft bedroom — the feature buyers search for first.
Home Office
A quiet, doored study off a living space — a permanent, insulated room, not a desk in a corner.
Utility / Cloakroom
Snug off a kitchen to hide the white goods and add a downstairs WC without losing the open feel.

How a partition becomes a permanent room
We build to the same standard as the rest of our interiors — the partition is a real wall, not a divider, finished so it's indistinguishable from the original house.
Metal or timber stud frame
Laser-levelled, square and plumb — engineered to suit acoustic or fire ratings where required.
Acoustic & fire-rated boards
Sound insulation in the cavity and rated board so the new room is genuinely private and compliant.
Skimmed to a mirror finish
Taped, jointed and skimmed in multi-finish plaster so joins vanish — then painted to match.
Doors, architraves & finishes
Solid door sets, ironmongery and architraves fitted and finished as part of the same build.
Partition Walls,
In Progress

Before you add a room
Properly built, a plasterboard-on-metal-stud partition feels every bit as solid as a masonry wall — knock on it and it's firm, and once skimmed, painted and fitted with a solid door it reads as a permanent room. The 'flimsy' reputation belongs to DIY boards and unskimmed joinery, not a professional acoustic-rated build.
